Dandelion Village is an ecovillage and intentional community in Bloomington, Indiana. An intentional community is a community where people choose to live together by intention rather than by happenstance. An ecovillage is an intentional community that is centered around a shared desire to live a sustainable lifestyle in greater harmony with the environment and nature. In Dandelion, we plan to accomplish that by applying the principles of permaculture to the design of our living spaces, indoors and out.
